Leading to an introduction of Nayarit’s main ingredients. The following chapter covers the process and history of traditional products. Finally, its pages lead to 150 stories interwoven with recipes, each one is illustrated with the picture of each dish. These recipes are covered in 4 sections: With a Taste of the Sea, Our Mountain Cuisine, The High Plain and the Capital of Nayarit and Nayarit Fusion.
